Octane Named Finalist in 2024 Digital Women Awards

Octane Design Studios was recently announced as a finalist in three categories for the 2024 Digital Women Awards.

The Digital Women Awards recognize the outstanding contributions of digital marketers who have demonstrated exceptional talent, creativity, and dedication. Danielle Meadows-Stinnett, owner of Octane Design Studios, is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, podcast host, and community builder.

She has created the More Than Graphics Podcast and the Kentucky Creatives community to support women and people of color in tech and creative industries. Octane Design Studios is a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year 2024, Digital Woman to Watch 2024, and Community Lead of the Year 2024 categories.

“I am honored to be listed as a finalist alongside a diverse group of strong, smart women who are innovative, creative, and progressive in the digital marketing industry worldwide, ” Meadow-Stinnett said. “Being recognized for the hard work and dedication I pour into Octane, our clients and the community is a huge accomplishment that I am grateful for.” 

Entrepreneur of the Year 

The Digital Women Entrepreneur of The Year Award recognizes women who have taken significant risks to operate successful businesses in the digital space. Octane Design Studios was one of 12 international finalists for the 2024 awards. 

“Danielle has taken substantial risks by building Octane Design Studios into a successful digital agency,” judges said. “Her unique vision, leadership, and commitment to digital design and strategy highlight her entrepreneurial spirit. Danielle’s ability to grow her business through innovative digital solutions demonstrates her dedication and impact in the digital space.” 

 

Digital Women to Watch 

Meadows Stinnett is listed as one of the Top 60 Digital Women to Watch. 

“These women have achieved remarkable feats—be it through innovative digital marketing campaigns, pioneering technological advancements, leading successful startups, or making a significant social impact through digital platforms,” according to the award website. “Their work is shaping the future of digital innovation, making a difference in their communities and industries. … these extraordinary women’s work is not only inspiring but also paving the way for future generations.”

 Community Lead of the Year 

To be a finalist for the Community Lead of the Year, community leaders have excelled in their professional careers and dedicated significant efforts to creating inclusive, supportive, and transformative spaces for others. 

Octane is a Black woman-owned, 14-year-old branding and identity firm and was made a finalist for her work in helping those in marginalized communities. 

“Danielle’s efforts in creating supportive communities for women and people of color in tech and creative industries have been transformative,” judges said. “Her dedication to amplifying marginalized voices and providing resources for professional growth highlights her as a true community leader.”

 If chosen as a winner, Meadow-Stinnett will travel to the Digital Women Annual Awards and Conference held on September 18th at the Covent Garden in London, UK.
