our process
initial consult → We meet, greet and address where you want to go while providing you with initial resources upfront. We follow up with a service proposal. ($45 consulting fee)
discovery → We use gamified learning in a brand voice workshop to ask questions, listen to both pain points and desires, while taking good notes.
create → This is where we’ll begin creating visual likeness. Everything from colors, shapes, fonts and yes spelling comes into play here.
implement → Our completion stage is filled with levels of support and cheat sheets to keep playing ahead.

We are a ‘pay to play’ because we provide a lot of value and resources (14 years worth in fact) from our very first meeting whether you choose to work with Octane or elsewhere. This fee also covers the base of our time /energy that is typically dedicated to our current clients. Did you know? We also apply that right back into future contracted services.
While we do not offer 1-off graphic services we do offer full holistic branding suites / packages that go beyond a singular service.
