What’s your return policy?

Due to our ability to provide the lowest CUSTOM pricing possible on our high end custom products, we do not give refunds on graphic, announcement/ invitation projects but we do offer a half deposit return on web development projects we produce should the account be in good standing. Please contact us for more information on this policy.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Digital files transfer worldwide. We can ship purchased physical items overseas IF you ask us politely. We will ship to P.O. Boxes upon request.

Do you have customer service?

What if I completely mess up my website? Help!

Good thing we back up, EVERYTHING.  For technical support Monday-Saturday you can call 859-230-2135 for more direct instructions. If you’re site is down due to lack of payment and you would like restore/renew it, please note that it may require additional restore fees to start this process.

What payments do you accept?

Octane accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Octane also gladly accepts payment via Paypal.

For custom digital jobs what do I do?

Once your final proof is approved I will email your final jpg, png or pdf file to the email address we have on file.

Custom orders need to contact me directly or email [email protected] with:
-color variances
-custom text
-custom pictures*

*Imagery you submit must be your own. By submitting any imagery you claim that you retain the copyright.

What are “sessions” and what does that include?

A session is a 2 hour allotted timeframe after our initial consult to continue or wrap up a project currently in production. In some cases, the original amount of work goes outside the scope of the pre-billed time and sessions are billed to the customer at the end of the timeframe. A session notice & reminder is given to the client ahead of time.

Currently sessions are $45 each and can be setup and mutual locations within Lexington KY. Octane accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Octane also gladly accepts payment via Paypal.
